The brand name HAGRIS was created in 2008 and became the major brand of the company. HAGRIS received its first patent registration in 2009. And in 2010 received its international registration.
Year 2009 was the year when the first shipments of the products under HAGRIS brand from Vietnam and China started. The products included the following: Chili sauces, canned pineapples, and pickled cucumbers from Vietnam and marinated mushrooms, canned sweet corn and roasted peanuts from China.
The supplied products were distinguished by excellent quality and thanks to the lean organizational structure of the company, low competitive prices, and partnerships with leading distribution companies in various countries and regions produced remarkable results. HAGRIS products could be bought in almost every food store. Within a year or two, quantitative distribution rates of 70-90% were achieved, depending on the region of the product supply. Competitive price and consistently high quality of goods built strong brand trust among customers.
In 2011 new brand ISKEL was created and the first patent registration of this brand was received in 2012.
15/03/2011 – the first company Hagris TMI was established in Finland, which sold food products under the Hagris and Iskel brands to many countries around the world.
29/08/2014 – the company Hagris Group Oy was established, which is already a Finnish joint-stock company.
At the end of 2023, the decision to develop its own distribution business in Europe was made. The capital of Estonia, Tallinn, was chosen as the logistics hub. On November 21, 2024, the company HAGRIS DISTRIBUTION OÜ was registered in Estonia. The company is already operating and is the primary importer of Hagris and Iskel food products to Europe.
In 2025, our company began selling food products in Finland, where we are building our own logistics and distribution systems. We also began collaborating with distribution companies in Estonia.
Plans for 2026 include expanding the product line supplied to Europe. Sign supply agreements with major retailers in Finland and Estonia. Expand supply chains within Europe (primarily Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Sweden), and continue expanding supply chains globally.
During its existence, Hagris Group Oy has participated in 5 international food exhibitions and in the near future there are plans to participate in food exhibitions Anuga Germany, SEAL France, Gulfood Dubai UAE.
